Before ordering a pre-assignment pack, please check the property is managed by Lewisham Council (previously managed by Lewisham Homes).
Only leaseholders or their legal representative can order these packs. We cannot provide them to potential purchasers, please contact the sellers solicitor.
Solicitors must obtain the Property Reference from their client if ordering the pack on their behalf.
Our pre assignment packs include 3 years’ Service Charge statements, copies of all current Section 20 notices, current balances, insurance documents, details of the leaseholder/tenant ratio within the building, fire risk and asbestos reports where available and details of how to register the change of ownership.
This pack will be delivered within 15 working days. (Working days commence from the next working day after we receive your payment.)
